Silver Spirit & Free Spirit BYO boat hire Sydney harbour
Demographic of the group…
Again the sex of the group will impact the amount of food you need. A group of guys will generally eat more than a group of girls.
You must ensure any alcohol is consumed with a substantial quantity of food. Rocking up with a few bags of chips and dips, you’ll be limited to the amount of booze you can drink. Besides don’t want your guests to get hangry!!
99.9% of the time there will be someone in the group with allergies to some form of food or not eat meat. If you’re planning say a BBQ which focuses on meats, what are they going to eat? Is someone allergic to nuts and you’ve got satay chicken, how are you going to keep the food separate? There are many weird and wonderful diets out there
When you send out your invites, ask when they RSVP to mention dietary requirements so you have an idea what to expect.
Silver Spirit has a BBQ onboard. This is a great way to prepare and cook food, plus it smells amazing. We provide cooking utensils and get it ready for you to use and we will even cook it for you!
Preparing and serving the food
The crew at Spirit Fleet are here to help. We want you to enjoy your time onboard our boats, not to spend the time in the galley. We will provide the equipment you need to serve your food. Anything out of the ordinary you’ll need to bring it along. We have microwaves onboard for re heating food for you too use, but the dishes must be in microwave safe containers.
Checklist of what to bring
Celebrating someones special day, are you bringing a cake? Candles? If you don’t want the hassle of bringing a cake, we offer customised cakes.
